Trash Fiction

Damn, the Wheeler Centre is really going strong. Toni Jordan’s defence of trash fiction is worth a look. For the record, while I don’t read Tom Clancy or John Grisham novels, I did devour The Da Vinci Code, and I’m a huge fan of ‘lad lit’. I’m not ashamed of it, either. Too often, those who study literature lose sight of the fact that reading can actually be fun. Lighten the Hell up, peeps.
